Michael has a diverse real estate background with a career spanning over 15 years across multiple markets and niche real estate sectors. His career began in the Florida panhandle after graduating from Florida State University where he actively represented both buyers and sellers in the fast paced market of the early 2000’s along the Emerald Coast from Destin to Rosemary Beach. He continued as a listing partner in Atlanta with a top intown team and later with Deloach Sotheby's International Realty in St. Simons and Sea Island, Georgia.
Michael Hardy Real Estate was formed in 2012 and began focusing on historic renovation in Savannah, mixed-use developments, income producing assets, and the preservation of environmentally sensitive land up and down the Georgia Coast through conservation easements. MHRE has offices in Savannah, GA and Kennebunkport, ME.
